Where are we?

The Department of Political and Social Sciences can be found in the main building of the University of Pavia, which is the historical seat of the University. The classrooms can be found around two cloistered courtyards: the  Cortile dei Tassi and the Cortile Sforzesco, as well as in the Cortile Ovest (a map of the courtyards and the classrooms can be found in the appendix).

All the offices, libraries and main lecturer halls are on the first floor of the building, which can be accessed from the staircase between the Cortile Sforzesco and the Cortile Teresiano.

Given the flexibility of the Department and the fact that it has some of the most popular courses within the University, lectures are held around the whole of the city-campus: in Via Luino (aula Weber) and in the buildings of San Tommaso and San Felice.
